Tri tip sandwich on bread grilled over open flame. Best bbq north of LA. In a strip mall, but don't let that dissuade you. Tasty beans and great meats I highly recommend!

This is our goto place for BBQ tri-tip sandwich. Not uncommon to find a long order line. Service for paying for food is very poor.
