This was our first visit and it truly couldn't have been better. Service was fantastic and the food was really good. Great overall place for a casual lunch or dinner. We will definitely return to try more beer and pretzels!

It looks simple from the outside but inside is the warmth of a fireplace hearth. Dominic was a superb navigator if the menu for us. My first time here but not my last. Super menu fabulous brews and so fascinating.

Description
Established on April 15, 1998 by the Fegley Family, the Bethlehem Brew Works successfully captured the essence of Bethlehem’s steel industry in a 250 seat brewpub. Accompanying the handcrafted beers brewed right in the restaurant is a full bar specializing in single malt scotches, small batch bourbons, and specialty martinis.
