Stopped in for breakfast Labor Day weekend and sure wasn't disappointed. We tied our dogs up out front & they gave us a water bowl for them, as there's no outside seating. Our breakfast was fast & delicious. The waitress handled our custom orders like a pro. They even gave our little pups so dog treats. Overall a wonderful experience.

Had breakfast there twice, it was so good. Bacon and pancakes don't get much better than this, and the bacon portions are plentiful! There's a bit of a wait, but worth it.

Kids love coming here to eat. Just like a diner should be, food is great. Service is also good and fast. I left my wallet in the bathroom once, and immediately saw wait staff asking patrons who it might belong to. Not too many places like this exist anymore.

By far the best place for breakfast in Mammoth. They are well organized, put out some delicious food. Endless coffee pot. Pancakes that overlap the plate, french toast, great eggs and omelets anyway you want them.I'm hungry just thinking about it.

After over a week of stuffing down a quick bowl of cereal in the morning and scrambling out to the mountains for a hike or a climb it was time for a real breakfast! We got what we were after!!! The service was quick, the food hot and the atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable!!!

My brother worked at the Stove YEARS ago, but remembered how good the food was then and recommended that we check it out. Get there early because the locals know the reputation of this great establishment. There's a whole lot of good packed into this tiny building.

This is hand down the best breakfast place in town. You have fast and efficient service and plenty of food to eat. Have had many breakfasts here and have never been disappointed.

Had dinner there 3 times in the last year. The food is vastly improved compared to how it has been the last 20+ years, while still not as good as when it first opened. Prices have increased significantly but still within reason. Addition of the prime rib dinner is very nice. Burgers now are thick and juicy. Mammoth Brew draft... More

Ya have to eat here if staying in the Mammoth Area. Good breakfast food....love the old mountain feel of the restaurant. Expect to wait if going on a Sat or Sunday morning...but worth the wait.
