When you walk into a small and very loud bowling alley for dinner, you don't expect much. Go up a flight of stars and suddenly you are in a lovely, quiet, French-style restaurant. Service was excellent. The elk medallions were very tender and served in...More

Incredible food, service and ambiance! We started with the mushroom strudel and my mouth is watering just recalling the flavor! The soup of the day was a potato and leek and delicious! I had the halibut special and couldn’t believe the Tahitian vanilla sauce they...More

A delicious classic, romantic setting, friendly and patient waiters. The entrees are classic french dishes, along with the desserts. The main courses had an american flair, still yummy though. Loved everything, although you may not want to take young children there.

This restaurant should be st the top of the list. Lamb shank was cooked perfectly and flavors in reduction were amazing. Staff was great and knew the menus while the chef was very personable and ensured your meal was amazing. Save room for dessert.

I generally enjoy the food at Mammoth Rock and Bowl Brassiere and since they opened they have improved their wine list. My only negative comment is that they often make you feel like they are doing you a favor by serving you and tolerating your...More

It's hard to believe this place is above a bowling alley as it is a very nice restaurant with great fine dining food!

Reading reviews from other TripAdvisor readers we decided to try this restaurant above the bowling alley last year and was thrilled. Didn't write one then, because I like to double check before writing. Our family tradition is to spend an extended weekend enjoying all the...More

Seemingly poor customer service as we were unable to get a hold of them for a week, phone never answered. Hopeful to get a response from them here so I can arrange a better means of reservations as their yelp link to make a reservation...More

Your question mark is intriguing, as we return all calls that have left phone messages, and our Yelp reservation system has worked for everybody else. Did you leave a phone message? If you were trying to book a group larger than 6 people, you need...More

Walk through a bowling alley to access restaurant upstairs. Easily our best dinner over five nights in Mammoth. Speciality cocktails, good wine list. Typical presentations of filet mignon, elk and veal. Could NOT hear bowling alley below, thankfully. Would definitely return, pleasant staff.

We went here for dinner. We started with a wonderful cauliflower soup and escargot. The soup was amazing, the escargot OK. The bread from Schats was awesome. Our entrees of short rib bolognas and rib eye steak frites were perfect. The services as spot on....More

We are mountain casual. People like to dress up a bit, but jeans or whatever you are comfortable wearing is good. We don't recommend ski clothes, because you might get too warm!

Mammoth Rock Brasserie is our French inspired restaurant upstairs at Mammoth Rock 'n' Bowl. The restaurant has incredible views, with beautiful food and menu created by Chef Frederic Pierrel. There is additional seating on the outdoor deck for beautiful sunny days. We also offer a private chef's room just off the kitchen for extra special treatment. We do not offer a children's menu and expect any children in the restaurant to be well behaved, to stay in their seats and to keep their voices to a normal speaking level.
