Menu offerings were few but tasty. The tomato bisque soup is a bona fide gourmet winner. Really good. Salads good, too. service was slow and the pace was not crowded.

This was probably our worst meal in Philadelphia, with the exception of Geno's. We popped in while waiting for our room in the Ritz-Carlton. The staff was very friendly but the service was painfully slow! The food was mediocre at best. We had: - Mac n Cheese - I liked it but my kids wouldn't touch it. - Ahi Tuna... More

We flew into Philly on Xmas Eve and were immediately presented with a problem as Pennsylvania closes on Christmas Day! Luckily I had found the 10 Arts before we left the UK and from first contact by email, through the Brunch to the return of my car from Valet parking it was a delight to deal with this fantastic establishment.... Del Fresco's closed due to the snow storm so we ate a 10 Arts since we were staying at the Ritz. The Salmon was one off the best i've ever had and we very much enjoyed the meal. However, the Ritz is currently undergoing a reservation so the restaurant is now in the same area as the bar, lounge. For the... More

We stopped by during the holidays for a drink at the bar. We enjoyed the Winter Beer and Soft Pretzel special. It is a pretty space to just sit and people watch.

Came for Mothers Day Lunch and all the good was excellent and worth the visit. The only downside is if you have a picky child you may have some issues with the selections but everything was excellent .

When there are 4 tables with patrons at 6:30 to 8:00 on a Saturday night, that should have told something about the restaurant. The decor is nice, the restaurant is quiet, but that is the best I can say. The carbanaro was good but I prefer the panceta to be more crispy. The cheese plate was a nice selection. The... More

this is the lounge/bar/restaurant of the philadelphia ritz and is located in a former bank lobby in a grand domed building modeled after the pantheon in rome. my duck and salad were fantastic and the bar staff was very accommodating. entrees about $25.

10 Arts is the restaurant in the hotel as well as the lounge in the lobby area. The bar has some amazing craft cocktails with elegant presentation (the pear martini was amazing) ; watch out for salty popcorn at happy hour, but otherwise, a great place slip into a chair and chat with a friend
