This is a very cozy place located near Rittenhouse Square. There was even a burning fireplace When you entered the front door. We went for a late lunch but I opted for a burger. The burger was excellent and the French fries were the best I've had in a very long time. My guest order the shepherd's pie and was... More

When you want a fun pub - come to Dandelion. Both the outside and inside are charming. On a recent Saturday for lunch, I was seated at a high top in the bar. Traveling solo, the staff were exceptionally pleasant and did stop by a few times to "check on me!" I had an Iron Lady cocktail and the Fish... More

We recently visited this restaurant with a party of 9- We choose it because we had many people in our party with specific dietary needs. All were able to find something that appeared to be to their liking, but the meal my husband and I had was very disappointing. We each ordered the fish and chips. We found the fish... More

We're in Philadelphia for a girls weekend and decided to try The Dandelion. I'm so glad we did. The building itself is gorgeous. Our server Mike was attentive and helpful, a solid waiter. The food was fantastic, especially the bread and house made butter.

My wife and I decided to try Dandelion for brunch on a Sunday morning. The morning cocktails were nice on a very cold day. Both our meals were well cooked and were authentic to UK/Ireland breakfast which brought us back to our trips. The restaurant itself is very quaint and we enjoyed the atmosphere.

I dined at Dandelion during Philly restaurant week and was extremely satisfied! The ivy covered outside facade is beautiful, and it only gets better once in the doors. The dark ambiance is cozy yet not overwhelming for a big group. I was with a group of 5 and we were able to talk easily across the table without much noise... More

The exterior of this restaurant pretending to be a pub is charming, ivy covered on an otherwise rather ugly street corner. In the afternoon it has a semi-high tea, which leads on to a great happy hour that showcases its many seasonal beers and ales on draught. Dinner is on three levels of this former Victorian home, and the functioning... More

I've been to the Dandelion couple of times and there's a reason why I always go back. The place is busy but upscale. Service is great. The dishes are delicious and served in a timely manner.

I love English/Irish pubs having visited the U.K. and Ireland 15 times. A friend recommended that I check out Dandelion and I wasn't disappointed. The fish and chips were excellent (always my first order at a new pub) and my wife had the Sheppard 'a Pie - also excellent! Great atmosphere too. Can't wait to go back.
