During our stay in Philadelphia we were looking for pizza one night. We were very fortunate to find this restaurant a short walk from our hotel. We ordered a large half cheese half mushroom pizza and a garden salad for takeout. When we got the food back to the room we found that it was delicious. It had a good... More

We had lunch there and the food was out of this world. I had a sub which was super good and my husband had 2 slices of different kinds of pizza. He said the pizza was very good also.

I love this place that simple. Nothing fancy but one of the best steaks in Philly. The french fries are great also. No real table service to take your order but they bring you out your food. it is a good casual dinner. We went at lunch and got a lunch special Cheese Steak and French Fries and soft drink... More

I love italian food and when i see a promising resturant i have to eat there. This one did not disappoint me. They know their pizza and pasta. The pizza called "The Works" was good as was the Greek salad. Enjoyed both and have since ordered both again.

We ordered a 16" pizza that was delicious. The sauce wasn't spicy. The french fries were crispy. The waitress was very friendly, she took the time to talk with us about where we were from. The ladies restroom was the cleanest I have ever seen at a restaurant I highly recommend Top Tomato. We used a coupon from Groupon.

Stopped in for dinner since it was on way to hotel. I had the cheesesteak, which he said was the best. As a Philly native, I disagree. It was alright, but definitely NOT the best in town. The cheesecake was ok. Perhaps should have tried the pizza.

Pizza is my go-to food, and I've had it all around the world. This is my first trip to Philly and I've been exploring some different pizza restaurants and the Top Tomato definitely is a place to stop by if you want good straight up pizza with a smile at a reasonable price. I will definitely be returning!

Stopped for dinner. Had two calzones but could have just ordered one for two of us. Also a burger that was very well done. Next time we're in that area we'd eat there again.

So after reading all the other reviews it sounds as though we should have just ordered pizza when we walked in for dinner before our show at forrest theater across the street. I've never seen Italian wedding soup with carrots, corn, celery, egg, chicken, and browned chunks of ground beef, though it did have spinach it was missing orzo and... More
