Typical Ruby's, this one very near the Westin Hotel on 17th Street. Very near some great shopping places and bars. I visited on a Monday evening and waited several minutes for someone to seat me, before finally seating myself at a long table just inside the door that gave me a good view of the TVs behind the bar. It... More

it is right across the street from the hotel I am staying at. The staff is very friendly and attentive. There is a wonderful salad bar with over 55 items on it. The menu is varied and well priced for what you get.

Wait to be seated, wait to get drinks, wait on refills, wait on salad...didn't have to wait for the check though!

I stopped here after a very long series of flights; wanted something familiar, reliable, and close to my hotel. While the interior of this restaurant was smaller and a bit less well maintained compared to the locations near where I live, the menu was about the same. What was not the same, was just how hard my server worked. Tramon,... More

My wife and I were in Philadelphia for Christmas shopping, as dinner time approached, we realized we didn't know much about the small privately owned restaurants that are all over Philly, so we bet on a known chain so we could count on a fairly good meal. The service was extremely slow even though the restaurant was half empty. We... More

Came to this Ruby Tuesday to have an early evening burger. It wasn't bad, it was just okay. My server, Monty, he was outstanding!

Always had good service and you have a problem they will make it right. Especially, like the salad bar and happy hour.

I usually skip chain restaurants, but this was convenient to where I was staying. It was pretty much as I expected: decent food, but nothing out of the ordinary. The server was attentive and friendly, the best part of the my experience.

Ordinary, albeit "Restaurant Week" menu. The server got orders mixed-up; was not completely familiar with menu.
