Born out of Robert & Raquel DeAbreu's desire to create a comfortable, welcoming place that served great food at great prices; Sabrina’s Café opened in 2001 serving up now infamous staples like Stuffed Challah French Toast, The Barking Chihuahua, and their Huevos Rancheros. A great brunch spot, Sabrinas Cafe also features creative dinner fare that is just as impressive.

I went there with my wife for lunch. Parking is always a chore there. The place is old and one must watch there step. The food is great and it is near 9th street and the Italian Markets( could be the foreign markets) formerly named...More

Obviously a very popular place, so much so that they have an app where you call ahead and get in line (virtually) to wait for a table. So you sit in your comfortable home/apt/car and watch as your table availability gets down to 4-5 and...More

Had breakfast there and it was average to be frank. We had the French toast and it was nothing special at all. It was big and thick and seemed more like bread on the inside (maybe not soaked enough?)than a yummy French toast. Also had...More

Huevos rancheros was so tasty. Great portion. My daughter had the Cali turkey, and she loved it. They made substitutions for us as well. All the food is fresh and tasty. Great service. I would highly recommend.

Walking a mile+ to get to Sabrina’s was well worth it. I had one of their seasonal brunch specials and it was quite tasty. I was able to call ahead for seating so our wait was substantially shorter than if we had just walked in.

Large portions, decadent dishes; this cafe is certainly worth trying for breakfast. I was somewhat disappointed with my "french toast with powdered sugar" which came with a sprinkle of sugar and two mini-pitchers of syrup (expectations were beignet-esque powdered sugar).

Recently, I've been craving Sabrinas for brunch non-stop, its a really casual restaurant, more of a diner, but the food is fantastic, and not expensive, and the bacon is always hot and crispy. Here are some faves, the burger and huevos rancheros.

Clearly a popular place in a building with other activities for students. Big portions (too big), menu with odd Mexican type selections. Lots of students, polite servers, busy place with lots of turnover. We enjoyed ourselves and while I would return, I would not go...More
