Great crab cake here and what a location right on the square. I really enjoy just hanging out and enjoying the fine food, service and views. Love this part of town and this is a great spot.

Given this restaurant's location, I expected better. The food was mostly good, but not exceptional. The wine list was unremarkable with fewer choices than I would have liked. The service was a little rushed. Nothing major lacking, but if you are in the area, I...More

I've been to Devon before & the food is consistently good, but pricey. Our waiter was odd & unpredictable. He did not overwhelm us with his attentiveness, but did insinuate himself into our privacy. I ordered spicy Creole gumbo that was very good. For entrees...More

I had the gumbo to start and it was SO good! It had amazing flavor and was very filling. I ordered the swordfish as my entree and it was tasty as well but the gumbo was definitely my favorite.

Excellent meal & service (ask for Rita). Fritters were delicious but Salmon Pancetta was amazing! Crab cakes good but not all that flavorful. Substitute cauliflower for one of your sides and have the apple pocket for desert!

In Philly for conference. Devon's recommended by friend. Dinner included eight guests who all picked different meals from seafood to steaks. Everyone was impressed with their appetizers, meals, staff who catered to our every need and desserts which complimented the meal and evening. It was...More

Dress varied. We dined pre-theater, therefore we were fashionably dressed. Customers vary in appearance, with some making a statement, while others simply do not care. Play it safe and dress for the city
