We went to the Palm on the last night before it's closure for renovations. Perhaps this was the reason for the deplorable service and mediocre food, but in reading a few other reviews I don't think so. The service was disgacefully poor. There was genuine...More

The Palm offers very good food but the portions are huge. I started with a lobster bisque that was smooth and creamy. The 14 oz. strip steak is done to perfection and the chicken parmigiano is tender but large enough to feed a platoon. I...More

Reliable restaurant with an old school kind of charm, located inside the Hyatt at the Bellevue lobby. Menu is straightforward steakhouse fare and prices are comparable to other steak spots in the city. Food was good but service was spotty and regulars seemed to get...More

This is the perfect place to have a long relaxing sit down dinner in the city. The food and service are exceptional. Its also a great place to get an exotic cocktail from experienced bar tenders. I recommend stopping in even just for a cocktail.

My husband and I were entertaining a guest from California and wanted to share with him the “best” steak restaurant in the city. Our waiter, Randy, was wonderful; however, the elderly busboy was not. He kept hovering over the table and took dishes away before...More

Attire is across the board - from jeans to dresses. I was there (at the bar) with girlfriends after the Sunday afternoon Eagles game. I did not feel out of place in my khakis and nice sweater. Everyone else in the bar looked... More

Description
Conveniently located in the historic Bellevue on Broad St., adjacent to The Kimmel Center and 3 blocks from City Hall. At The Palm, our philosophy is simple: Treat guests like family, serve great food, and always exceed expectations. That philosophy was born in 1926, when Pio Bozzi and John Ganzi opened the first Palm in New York City, sharing their commitment to quality and generosity of spirit with every guest who walked through their doors. What began as a restaurant became a legend -- a place to not only enjoy an excellent meal but also catch up with old friends, close business deals, and celebrate family milestones. Known for our Prime Aged Steak and Whole Nova Scotia Lobsters, the menu also includes our renowned Italian signature dishes, including Chicken Parmigiana and Veal Martini, as well as an award-winning wine list. We proudly continue our legacy of over 90 years as a favorite gathering place and dining destination for families, friends and business colleagues alike.
