Stopped in for a Sunday casual breakfast and was not disappointed. Both egg orders were perfectly cooked; my normally GF spouse even ate the perfectly toasted toast. Many such restaurants fail to provide an acceptable cup of coffee, but The Midtown served a decent cup and refill. Modest prices, tasty eats, attentive service, a reminder of things past...what's not to... More

The food was like home cooked I enjoyed mine. The prices were very reasonable and the service was good.

On Sunday evening, I made a phone call and made my order at midtown 3 diner. Since they don't make delivery, I had to go and pick up the food. When I placed my order over the phone, I had asked for the price of my order and the waitress told me how much it cost in total with the... More

Mom and pop style of food. Good place to go to get a quick breakfast outside of the hotel. Don't expect high end dinning but a good working class type of place.

Good selection of items and a great location. The service is great but it needs to be updated. This is a diner so this is what you should expect.

The Midtown III feels like a diner set from a late movie, where everyone from the wait staff to the guy at Booth 11 is a character. The food is tasty and filling -- diner classic -- and not overly expensive (although there's a $10 minimum if you use plastic). I felt a bit like an extra from "The Friends... More

It's a definite throwback to the old-style luncheonettes, but I love places like this. Typical diner-style food that was very good and very reasonable. Staff was great and very friendly.

This place is old looking and run-down diner. The food is pretty basic, average taste and with not a good presentation but the prices are cheap and reasonable, portions are on the big side and service is quick but a bit cold. I tried the steak with mashed potatoes and a salad. The salad was good, the steak looked pretty... More

Went for breakfast and experienced a real diner. The food is good and the portions are big. The ladies serving are loud and a little unfriendly but it adds to the overall experience.

I'm in this neighborhood frequently and have been meaning to come in for a meal. I finally had some free time on a Sunday morning and stopped in. The place is super welcoming and classically American Diner - from the outside to the menu to the staff that calls everyone "sweetheart". The menu is huge and there is something for... More
