Julie's is a quaint cafe, frequented by locals since 1992, located in a strip center at 5100 Sunbeam Rd., Mandarin/Southside. Open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., you might just drive by it, if you didn't know it was there. The staff stays busy all the time filling take-out orders and preparing delicious foods for those customers... More
