They take reservations which is nice. Had a table with view to the water and we took advantage of Happy Hour. Food was delicious and well presented. Service was outstanding as well and prices reasonable for a nice restaurant.

Don't know which is best, so you can't lose. Nice menu, reasonable prices, good service. Go for a walk on the adjoining dock afterwards for incredible shots of the bridge and old pilings in the water. Fun little spot, right off the main drag.
