Best breakfast in Fort Davis. Everyone there is the most friendliest. Excellent service. Was great because you could walk right across the street from the Hotel. Most convenient.

Friendly staff,ok food, lots of extras to spend your money on. Basically your run of the mill tourist trap. I had the loaded potato for lunch and had to load a plain potato with items from the salad bar. Really, this was lame because there's nothing on a salad bar to put on a loaded potato. This was a joke. My... More

Fun place to visit to browse the old style country store. Great restaurant for casual food. It has ice cream & old time soda fountain. The is a art gallery on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a visit.

Went recently on our way out of the the big bend region for Spring Break. We popped in on be rec from a guidebook that had been delivering quite well on its recommendations through the trip. Turns out it missed one here. The interior of the restaurant has a soda fountain on one side and a handful of tables arranged... More

We had an awesome stay at this hotel! The folks who work there are very friendly and helpful. Our bunkroom was clean and spacious enough for two teenage boys, my husband, and me. Very comfortable queen bed for us and double bed bunk for the boys. Great breakfast in the morning and a yummy root beer float in the warm... More

We visited the Fort Davis Drug Store a couple of times during our stay in Ft. Davis. It is definitely a popular spot for dining. They have a variety of things on their menu from burgers to chicken dinners. The staff is VERY friendly and their old fashion soda fountain serves up shakes and malts that are a wonderful treat.

Burger was a bland and overcooked fries were not seasoned, chicken strips weren't processed properly, and the gravy was bland.

Located across the street from the hotel I was staying, this is an excellent choice for a good hearty breakfast and lunch. Also has a soda fountain and had a delicious milkshake with my burger. Fun and quaint atmosphere.

The food was so bad we left and went somewhere else. And we've never had to do that before. Ever. The coffee was made with city water which is not good. The scrambled eggs were a gray/green color and only turkey sausage/bacon. It's a cute looking nostalgic place but I recommend skipping it.

Stopped and had a burger for lunch with onion rings. Generous portions and tasty. Seating is limited. But they also have ice cream and fudge (which we bought as well).

Thank Frank B
