We stop there to eat on our way down to Florida! We sat on the roof terrace with a view on the canal and sail boat sailing in, it was great! We went on a Saturday at 4:30 and we had no problem getting a...More

When I lived in Baltimore in the 70's we used to go to Gunnings for steamed crabs. Alas it has since closed but the good news is LP Steamers has taken its place in the same neighborhood just in back of the inner harbor. Sit...More

We went on a Monday night trying to avoid the tourist restaurants in the inner harbor. LP steamers did not disappoint. We waited a few minutes for a upper level outdoor deck and it was worth it. We are from GA so our server showed...More

We didn’t want a chain and were looking for seafood. We were not disappointed. We sat on the patio up on the third floor. The food was fresh and really good. Friendly staff.

Unpretentious neighborhood place for seafood. The crab soup was very good. The crab cake was served fried. It was small but rather tasty. The tuna sandwich was good and served with a roll. The tables were covered with brown paper, the cups and forks were...More

Was in Baltimore on business staying near the Inner Harbor. Everyone else went to the typical overpriced and underdelivering restaurants popular with tourists ... we found L.P. Steamers only a few miles way and took an Uber. Fantastic oysters, steamed crabs, hush puppies and of...More

I've been to LP Steamers while on business in Baltimore over the last 10 years. This restaurant never disappoints. Steamed crabs are so fresh and delicious. They are packed with "old bay" type seasoning. Spicy, salty and fantastic. They are served with melted butter and...More

As other reviewers have noted the restaurant is not much to look at from the outside, but is clean and comfortable inside. It was exactly what we were looking for, not one of the chains along the inner harbor. We enjoyed crabs, crab dip and...More

Perfect and exactly what we were looking for! The steamed crabs were delicious, the crab dip and hush puppies were great too. I loved eating here and I highly recommend it to anyone in Baltimore looking for an authentic Maryland crab meal!

this place was amazing! Ask to sit on the third floor patio, you won't regret it. And if they tell you it's a long wait, there is a bar/lounge on the third floor too. Zero complaints at all, everything was amazing!

A little difficult. We went for lunch and had to parallel park a little down the street from it. Worth the walk!

There should be ample availability from open to 2 at the least. There is 3 floors of seating. We went at 1pm on a Saturday and we're seated right away. If you have to wait a few minutes just remember that it's really worth... More
