I've been to Sullivan's several times for large group business dinners. I've been impressed with their filet mignon, particularly. Great downtown atmosphere. Would certainly recommend to those seeking a good steak in Baltimore.
If you like to pay $45 for just a piece of steak, and $15 for a side then you will enjoy this restaurant.
