When my family and I are in the Baltimore Harbor area, we always go to Vaccaro's. We LOVE the cannolis. We have had cannolis in other places, but Vaccaro's are the best.

Great pastries in the Italian tradition. Located in the heart of Little Italy. Expect a 15 minute wait during busy times to order the goodies. Inside is a small European Cafe with a variety of various treats. There are also locations in Hunt Valley, Bel Air, and Canton Square.

It's the best place for cannoli! There is usually a line to get things to go, but worth the wait--especially for the cannoli!

This is an old establishment with some out blown and bland pastries and gelato that often has freezer burn. The cannoli is good. The gems are the almond and amaretti cookies and real Italian pastries. Mixing liquor and ice cream is a great idea. The coffee drinks are good and the the Italian syrups make many drinks special.

A great assortment of the best Italian pastries. Its hard to decide what to get because they are all so tempting. They is usually a crowd and you may have to wait in a short line. They can be a little pricey.

Best eclairs within miles! Parking can be rough at the one in little Italy but the one in Canton is easier to park on the square.

Vaccaro's has the best almond macaroons, hands down. They are crisp on the outside, chewy on the inside. Heaven. Their other cookies, biscotti and pastries are delicious but I just keep going back to their amaretti. Thank God, their shop isn't in my neighborhood.

Frozen coffee not to good. Pastries were good. Nothing to go out of your way for. The counter girl was clueless about making coffee. Had to wait for her to call the boss and have him tell her step by step over the phone.

After just one visit to any Vaccaro's (my fav is in Little Italy) you will be hooked. Hands down THE PLACE for cannoli's. I get the 6 pack to go and look forward to waking up for breakfast with my Peet's coffee and Vaccaro's cannoli- yum yum. My family loves the ginormous ecclairs, napolians and tiramisu. Great place to take... More
