Absolutely fabulous place with superb live music, great cocktails and excellent food. One of the best nights we have had in the USA so far.

Courtney was our server. She was professional and friendly. We did the tapas couples dinner. It was a lot of food. And good. If we were locals, we’d eat here often.

Down the stairs below street level is a funky cool place with amazing food! Interesting menu with a great wine list by the glass. We had the crab stew, low country shrimp and grits and the filet with truffle risotto. Truly outstanding, one of the...best meals we’ve had in nany years. Outstanding flavors and perfect portions. Can’t recommend it more highly!More

The drinks are top notch for sure! But I will say by the true definition. They don’t offer tapas nor jazz music but the cocktail was def worth a stop in

Called here on the off chance and pleased they were able to accommodate us. Near the musicians so a bit loud but still able to talk to each other OK. A bit disingenuous to call them tapas as the plates were large - three dishes...between two people would be more than adequate but having said that the food was delicious. Very reasonable prices and good service. There was an option to stay in the drinking only area after we had finished eating to enjoy the music but a busy day following it meant we dicided against this. Highly recommended and we will look to visit again when we are next in SavannahMore

Below street level restaurant - had drinks at the bar first which were good. Tapas were okay; everything seemed to be doused in salt. Jazz quartet was eh.

The food was delicious and the cocktails fun. No tap beer, so if you aren’t ok with cans/bottles you won’t want to come here. We had the ribs(yum!) and the cheese on the hot plate—which I thought would be more like fondue than it was....Still really good—just not what I expected. Salad and onion soup were also good. I didn’t love the decor—felt reminiscent of a 1950s beat poetry bar meets super club. Not great ambiance for me.More

Went to this gem with friends for dinner. We chose the tapas for two, includes choice of soup or salad, 4 tapas meals and 2 desserts. We had three people and it was enough food for all of us! The food was delicious, drinks and...atmosphere was great! Had live music playing and it wasn't too loud so could still talk around the table! This is a new spot we will be going to frequently! Our waitress Mckenzie was phenomenal and helped us choose some great dishes being it was out first time there. Was hard to choose between everything because it all sounded delicious! Definitely try this place out when you are in the area! You won't be disappointed!More

We weren't overly hungry after a big lunch so Tappa's hit the spot! I had the shrimp & grits... SO good! We got truffle fries for dessert and each got a drink. My husband had the filet & risotto. The band was some fun honky...tonk type jazz. We LOVED it!More

Good music, although it wasn’t jazz. The night of our visit there was a woman with a guitar playing covers. She was very good, but not what we were expecting. The food was excellent. We ordered the beef tenderloin with risotto, and baby lamb chops...which were both cooked perfectly. We also ordered the calamari, along with the wedge salad and crab soup. All of the food was excellent, just keep in mind that portions are small as it’s a tapas menu. The only real complaint is that the drinks tasted good, but were weak. We would definitely return when in town again but would call to see what type of music will be playing first.More

We were trying out this establishment after reading the reviews and looking at the menu Coming down to the basement and entering the restaurant was a little scary. We were a little early but the ambiance was not inviting. Ordered the special tapas for 2....The food was excellent and plenty. Wish the guys playing had lowered the volume because it was overpowering and prohibited any table conversation. Even though the food was really excellent the ambiance did not invite for a return visit.More

I always rate a restaurant based off 3 things- Food, Atmosphere, and Service. This restaurant had all 3. You go down a flight of stairs to enter and it looks like a nice jazzy club with lots of seating for dining. My mom was nervous...that it would be a sketchy bar but it’s not like that at all. Our waiter was super friendly and he answered all of our questions about the Tapas. They had a special for 2 people (2 soups or salads, 4 tapas, 2 desserts, and 2 sodas or coffees) but said we could share it even though we had 3 people but we were plenty full with what we got. It was my mom and my sister and he even threw in a free dessert for my sister’s birthday. All of our food was delicious and the biggest portion sizes we had so far on our trip even though they were Tapas. I loved the steak risotto, the onion soup, and the chocolate crème brûlée. And the amazing cheese plate served in a terracotta dish. I know there are a lot of restaurants in Savannah to choose from but I think this one deserves to be visited. There was also live music which was nice and made the night feel even more special.More

Jazz'd is nice. We love tapas and like to split plates so this place was great. We waited about 35 minutes on a Friday night and had a wonderful seat. The jazz music is without words and was nice and easy in the background but...not too loud so you could still talk. Tablecloths and napkins were black and the aesthetic in here was relaxed but casual with excellent service. We chose the hummus and asked for veggies - it was LOADED with olives so if you don't like them, ask for them to leave them off. I thought there would be a couple but it was 25 olives on top of the hummus, eww. We had the salmon entree and the Savannah Tomato toast point as well. Very good. Their portions are larger than traditional tapas and a bit more expensive but were great for sharing. Really enjoyed this place. It's right in the middle of everything so easy to walk and enjoy before or after dinner.More
