We were seated promptly and server polite. We had crab cake sandwich and shrimp tacos. Both were good.

Very slow service with overcooked shrimp & crab legs. Several of our shells were empty on our steamer platter. They were out of pasta and took forever to ask what else we would like. Would not go back again!!!
Lovely meal, they had a special of steamed seafood, hope they keep that as a normal routine meal as it was fantastic!
Decided to eat at Shrimp Factory while visiting Savannah with Family. Overall food and service was acceptable but the stated quantity of 1/2 pound of shrimp and 1/2 pound of crab on one of their platters was false. We also ordered calamari as an appetizer...More
We happened to walk into the Shrimp Factory an a whim and glad we did. There food was amazing. The stuffed flounder was to die for and our server Philip (Filip as much fiance called him lol) was great and so personable! Hands down if...More
Greg, our server, was very helpful in our selections and in the quality of his service, thanks Greg 👏👏. The food was excellent. I didn’t want to eat it all but it was just too good to stop, I’m just glad there wasn’t any more....More
Service was very good but the food was only adequate. Shrimp in the shrimp & grits were tough; very few shrimp in the spicy shrimp pasta dish. Caesar salads were good. If you have limited time, suggest trying another place.
Crab meat and shrimp au gratin was delicious as well as pimento cheese and rolls. Caesar salad was not fresh and turning brown, red rice was pedestrian. Wine list short. Service was fine and friendly just a little work to be done on the side...More
The food was good as well as the portion size. The shrimp was a little salty, but overall a great place to eat if you are craving seafood.
This was a solid seafood restaurant. The waitress we had (Thrisha) was outstanding. The Seafood was fresh and well prepared. The salad that came with the meal was very good. There was no room for dessert when we were done.
