We went to Hula Boy after attending a wedding that was catered by them. I wasn't sure what to order and the server suggested the teriyaki chicken with rice. We were not disappointed! The portions were large and fresh! The four of us had enough leftovers for lunch the next day! The chicken was grilled and tender! We will definitely... More

If you are looking for authentic Hawaii-style food or even tasty food, this is not the place. TRULY inauthentic and in SO many ways. We could have overlooked that if the food tasted good but it did not. Then there's the service, or rather the lack of. We had to ask for utensils, then a napkin, and for refills which... More

Was pretty disappointed by this place. For the price, I've had better. The food quality wasn't there for how much it cost. The shrimp Bento was very over spiced for my liking and syrupy sweet. Portion size wasn't nearly what I was expecting based on other places of comparable price. Service was ok, nothing special. Was with 3 others and... More

Heard the place was great so we tried it. Nice atmosphere and plenty of TV's. Hula boy burger with blue cheese was good. Nice salsa and chip bar.

spent $10 on a mahi mahi burger and was expecting an actual $10 fish burger but what I got was a sorry excuse for anything edible... the fish was four super thin fillets literally like 1/4" thick ( that's being generous) with way more breading than fish. one wilted piece of lettuce...gross. and a onion bun that was weirdly sweet.... I've been here a couple of times now, and the menu is definitely geared towards Island fare (plates and grindz) and burgers. The food is good, but not great. I had the Lau Lau on my last visit. The pork was fatty, and the portion was small. Overall flavor was good, but it just wasn't great. For a Hawaiian food... More

Wanted to find some Hawaiian Food in Vancouver, WA. Tried Hula Boy and glad that we did. Had the Loco Moco that was very good. Perfect with the char broiled burger topped w/an egg cooked over easy, then brown gravy w/mushrooms and onions. Lots of food per order.

Hula boys is very original, all the food is very tasty. The employees are very nice and give a great vibe. This is the place we would always go when mom didn't know what to cook and now it's a place that I take my boyfriend. They use to have two. But they kept this one open.
