Both food and service are excellent. Everything is cooked to order. Great appetizers and entrees. Limited selection but since they just started I am sure that the menu will expand. Good place for lunch or dinner. Impeccably clean. Very pleased to locate this new restaurant! We have gone 4 times and haven't been disappointed with anything we have chosen.

first time there on suggestion of local. New ownership. Food was wonderful and inexpensive. Located in strip mall next to Fred Meyers supermarket. I had the salmon over rice with app of egg rolls. You order at the counter on entry and they bring it tableside.

Bamboo hut is consistently good. In the winter I love to have their chicken vegetable soup. I also enjoy their salad rolls. For as many times as I have been there it would be nice if the owner would give recognition of loyal customer.

I have been going here for about 13 years. Probably have never gotten anything different because I love this particular meal. Fresh and fast!

Quick service and good tasting food. Our dishes were affordable and the taste was authentic. Being next to Fred Meyer, it is a good place to grab a bite for lunch or dinner or just take away.

We arrived within the last hour of operation on a Tuesday evening, where we were handed menus and instructed to order at the counter before selecting our seating. I ordered chicken Terriyaki over jasmine rice, and my husband ordered the salmon and veggies over rice. We also ordered the spring roll appetizer (3 pieces). The spring rolls were made in-house,... This place is fresh and always good. I just wish they were open on days I visit the area. Fresh ingredients and authentic. Their open kitchen is really awesome.

My daughter is vegan and my wife is vegetarian, so we're always interested in restaurants that feature vegan food, and Bamboo Hut is very vegan friendly. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. The cuisine is Asian, perhaps Indonesian or Vietnamese --- I'm not sure. It's a bit different from what's available elsewhere, and definitely not greasy.

We've been going to Bamboo Hut for well over ten years. We love the chicken teriyaki with noodles and usually get that. Our kids love it too (teens). They are even offering wine now on the menu. The owner, Angie, and her husband are just the nicest people ever and know all our names. Great fresh and tasty food, super... More
