Our "go to" spot for dinner in Coolidge Corner. Comfortable, welcoming (occassionally chilly if one is sitting near the door) and fair prices. Almost everything we have tried in our dozens of visits has been very good. Special cudos to the burgers. With one exception, they have been among the best we have found in greater Boston. Not an easy... More

This was our second night in Brookline and I was looking for a romantic place to take my wife out. We walked passed it and there was a free seat in the window... We walked in and it was fantastic. The food was great, a simple selection but for someone looking for a simple but good meal this is the... More

If you are hungry don't bother with this restaurant. Food is average, portions small and the menu severely limited.

We visited The Regal Beagle because we had eaten here 5 years ago, on our last visit to the area, and enjoyed it very much. I had salmon with lentils and wild mushrooms and my husband had a burger with a potato cake. They were both cooked to perfection and delicious. The service was excellent, attentive and friendly. The atmosphere... More

Had a solid brunch at regal beagle - there's the usual dishes expected for brunch like eggs Benedict, French toast, omelettes. The best part is there was no wait for brunch whereas other brunch places had lines out the door. If you're looking for an immediate brunch fix - you can't go wrong with regal beagle

Good food with lovely ambiance, never too loud but very cozy. Great for drinks as well. Try whatever is their special of the day.

Five of us went to the Regal Beagle to celebrate my son's birthday and we had a great time. Our server Rebecca was wonderful and took care of our food allergy concerns without skipping a beat. A few of us had the salmon served on a bed of lentils with shaved asparagus and it was excellent. The line-caught cod was... More

We stopped here for dinner before seeing a movie at the Coolidge Corner Cinema down the street. It's upmarket pub food, burgers, mac 'n cheese, pork chops, fish. All our food was fine, nothing to rave about, but decent. One unusual dish is the roasted radishes with lime that tasted like roasted potatoes, losing the sharpness of radishes. We told... More

We stopped by The Regal Beagle after seeing a film at The Coolidge Cinema. It was our first time there, and the staff was friendly, welcoming us to a high top table in the window. Reminiscent of an English styled library, the menu is limited, but offers some good options in all categories. Plentiful beer and wine selections, as well... More
