Just brilliant, had 4 Jim Cade Brunches, who's Jim Cade? 3 of them vegetarian, 1 with bacon which were lovely. Fantastic local Brooklyn coffee and excellent Bloody Mary. I've ran out of superlatives. Our waiter Tim was great.

Always a great food choice in Brooklyn. The food and the atmosphere are great! The service is good as well. It is conveniently located at the corner so it is not hard to find. Arrived just before the 12pm lunch rush and was seated promptly....More

My last evening in New York City and I was introduced to this gem tucked away on the corner of Lewis Avenue and MacDonough in the Bedford-Stuyvesant part of Brooklyn. This gem of a place served up everything from Po'Boys, Fish or Shrimp and grits,...More

Went there with my friends and really enjoyed it. There was a live band playing and the atmosphere was pretty loud but it didn't bother me. Had the best French toast of my life there. If you go, get the FRENCH TOAST!!!

Peaches features "Southern Cuisine" -- meaning grits and a bottle of Cholula Hot Sauce from Costco. It's a fun place where PEOPLE are the specialite de la Maison: two High School grads navigating a, scary, unchaperoned date; couples shaved, coiffed and vined like bookends; a...More

Went there with family on holiday weekend. They don't take reservations so we expected to wait, but we're lucky and got seated immediately. They have a lot of reasonably priced choices on the menu. The three of us shared. A salad and gumbo for starters....More

Both the food and a drink on Peaches menu. Welcome to Brooklyn is the cocktail you need on a hot night and the food Peaches serve up is the perfect start to a Brooklyn visit. We had wings, crab cakes, cheesy grits, coleslaw and fries...truly...More

Spent the weekend down the block at AKWAABA (great B&B, by the way) walked down for dinner at Peaches, based on the presence felt from outside. Not disappointed. Enjoyed friendly service, reasonable prices, great drinks... lively atmosphere.
