Fresh clean food. Staff that describes menu items with enthusiasm and always open to giving suggestions.

We know this is a Brooklyn hot spot but we were very disappointed with the meal we had. While the pizza dough was great, the toppings were meager. Whether it was sausage or clams, you had to cut the pizza carefully to make sure there was at least one piece of sausage or one clam per slice--and we made big... More

I love Franny's. I really do. The appetizers, wine and beer menu, cocktails, pastas and OBVIOUSLY, the pizzas are fabulous. But like that great American patriot whose passage through Prospect Park just to the south nearly 240 years ago helped found this nation, I cannot tell a lie: I almost always leave this place with a feeling from someone on... My daughter lives in brooklyn and knew about franny's. Good thing, because I would have found it or ventured in, but WOW, I'm glad I did. Amazing pizza, pasta and apps. Super cool vibe. Apparently a little hard to get a rez, but so worth it.

We are serious pizza eaters, and this easily makes the top 5 in Brooklyn. It's a little pricey, but well worth it. Buon appetito.

It is a kid and family friendly place but that is all that can be said for it. The food is average (we tried 5 separate dishes) and is overpriced. $22 for a mid size flat bread?? Not going there again.

Went with group and tried several types of Pizza. all were very tasty, even a plain margarita pie. Crowded, call first, no reservations.

The food at Franny's was excellent. Their space, even though it's expanded from their first location, still felt tight. I would still recommend the place for small or large groups. There are plenty of plates for sharing as well as mains - but you must get pizza! That's pretty special stuff.

Franny's has been around Park Slope for quite a few years and has a well-earned reputation for good pizza. When they moved to their current location I felt things slipped a bit and attitudes changed. I also feel it is overpriced. However, you should give it a try if you are in that part of BK and want a decent... More

Franny's is an energetic and friendly Italian restaurant, steps away from Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn. I have dined there three or four times in the past couple of years, and have never been disappointed. While the thrust of the menu is pizza, there are always other unique options to grab one's attention. The cocktail, wine, and beer choices are... More
