We stopped here for lunch based on a friend's recommendation. It's a big place and they found us a nice table upstairs (it was very hot downstairs where they first tried to seat us, given the weather and proximity to the pizza oven). Ordered a pizza to share, which was enormous. Beautifully cooked with a great base and nice ingredients... More

I was staying in Manhattan, so admittedly it was a bit of a track on the Subway to go to Brooklyn just to get Pizza, but this place has good reviews and it did not disappoint. A tiny little establishment, where you can see the chefs create your pizza. Despite going at dinner time, we managed to easily get a... More

Went with my family for lunch and being that I've hadn't been here in a while it was great that the food was as great as it had been. We had the pizza with is exceptional and a calzone that was very tasty the only draw back is very difficult to park on street and I had to park in... More

Best pizza in NYC no one does it any better. Get a large pie for 2 people slices are thin and is the best. Service is fast, missed the old location but this is bigger.

Went there for dinner before a concert at the Barkclay Center. It is not close to that venue. We ordered two pies and they were both delicious. We were there early on a Friday night (5 ish) so we didn't have to wait. Just be sure that when you go there you have cash as that is all they accept.... More

I've been to Grimaldi's three times and never have I left disappointed. My first time was a pizza changing experience- quite possibly my fave brick oven pizza ever. If you go on a weekend, especially the summer time, you can expect to wait on a longgg line. But it's worth the wait! If you want to check out a video... More

We ordered a large pizza between 3 of us and it was more than enough. This meant we could squeeze in desert and shared 2 slices of cheesecake between us and it was the nicest New York cheesecake we ate on our entire holiday. The Pizza was very very good. We walked across the Brooklyn Bridge to work up our... More

How good can it be? Well I have to say our Pepperoni pizza was simply the best we had all ever had. Not a fancy place, run like a well oiled machine but a must if u like great pizza. A walk over the Brooklyn bridge is a great thing to do before and after.

Best pizza in Brooklyn. Period. Superb location, authentic restaurant, great staff. Get there early, or queue! The pies are ridiculously good. I cannot wait to return

If you love to walk...this is a must do when visiting NYC in the Spring, Summer or Fall. Walk the Brooklyn Bridge and have lunch at Grimaldi's. The pizza is worth the walk!!
