My husband and I came here to try the hot chocolate after hearing it was on some lists of good hot chocolate in Brooklyn. I have had the cake here at my friend's wedding and I have tried the cupcakes prior to this visit. The cake is to die for. The cupcakes, oddly enough aren't as good as the cake.... More

We had lunch at another restaurant down the street, but the desserts looked so tempting we had to go in and taste them. We had the Bombay cookie and the espresso bar, both amazing. So good and such different flavors.

Was doing a walking tour of Red Hook and was reading about their version of the "Twix" bar, which is definitely worth stopping in for. Really nice interior. Quick courteous service. Tried several of their baked goods, which were good, just for us nothing outstanding besides the twix bar on this particular morning. Would definitely recommend stopping in however.

Wanted to grab a cup of coffee and a quick bite..and what a delight! Had a regular drip coffee (robust and smooth!)..paired with the blueberry coffee cake crumble, which was moist and not too sweet! I added one of the savory pastry, which was bacon and cheese filled..it was a delicate but filling! Worth a visit!

Stopped in on our way home to sample the goods-- very reasonable prices and really good coffee. My guy offered and espresso and it was good, average in his opinion (he is a coffee nut). My coffee was not strong or bitter and smooth going down. We each got a biscuit for breakfast, I had a regular one, which I... More
