This cafe is very laid back, it has a Caribbean feel to it. The food is very well prepared as is this coffee and drinks. Definitely recommend!

This is a small and comfortable restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise. We was just walking by when we noticed an interesting menu board outside breakfast with a Mexican twist. My cousin decided she wanted to try it and by my surprise the food was DELICIOUS. The place was clean. The customer service was excellent. The customers was even social.... More

We had some amazing hot shrimps here and some great drinks. The service was different but friendly. We would go back for the shrimps!

I am giving this wonderful lil place 1 star based on ATTITUDE of the people that work at this cozy lovely restaurant. As a cook... I could have made breakfast at home. I go out to eat for atmosphere & service. A friend visiting from LA suggested this restaurant because it is Lesbian Black owned & she knows friends of... More

The decor is shabby chic and the food options are great for breakfast. Their smoothie selection is small, different but delicious.

My Wife, two Daughters and I recently had lunch at the Pillow Cafe. Even though the restaurant was half empty, it took over 40 minutes from when we ordered to receive our food. The waiter told us that orders had been backed up due to being busy, but there were plenty of open seats. And when our food came, the... More

So me and my mom had been looking at PRAT (art college) that day, and hen the tour ended we went to find lunch. We didn't know what we were in the mood for, so we asked out tour guides for suggestions. People assume that it is the local that know the best places to eat, but they forget about... More

This restaurant is located right near the art school, in a neighborhood that is sadly lacking in good lunch places. It is mostly drinks...the menu is too limited, and very pricey for what it was. The staff was indifferent and slightly rude. As I was leaving, she was complaining (to me!) that we dripped salsa on the table, as I... More

This is my go to brunch spot in Clinton Hill. Love the chicken chipotle omelette and the protein breakfast (curry tuna, avocado, hard boiled egg, capers and tomato). They also have wonderful smoothies. The vibe is very relaxed, the staff is friendly and they have art hanging from local artists in the neighborhood. It's a great neighborhood spot!

Friendly service, really nice backyard for when the weather is warm enough! I am a big fan of their Brie and Fig sandwich - also good with bacon added :)
