We never bring groceries along when we visit Grand Marais anymore. They have an abundance of beautiful produce, that obviously turns over quickly. They also have an amazing selection of home made sandwiches, soups, breakfast breads, spreads and more. Its also the only grocery store of three in town that is open on Sunday. And the other 2 stores are... More

We were super glad to see a local food co-op when we came to Grand Marais. Very nice selection of produce. Prices were high, but it is the dead of winter in Northern MN and we were buying tropical fruits- so not unexpected.

Stopped in Thanksgiving weekend. We were looking for their croissants, but they were sold out for the day. The manager asked our preference and let us the next day they would have some. We went back the next day and got what we came for. The cheddar are outstanding. He also got us hooked on their granola as well. We'll... More

We visit this coop every year when we are in Grand Marais in the fall. We could not bring groceries for the week and probably find everything we need here. We always forget something and visit to pick up whatever we forgot. Great selections!

If you just want coffee, a scone and a yogurt like us, this is a good spot to stop in Grand Marais. It is not cheap for non-members, but it was excellent and convenient.

If I win the lottery, I will hire the person making those outstanding soups. Best I've ever had, other than Mom's. And the cheese selection is to die for. As are the deli salads. The lemon basil potato salad is exceptional. Also a great place for fruits and veggies and delicious products you can't find in your supermarket.

The selection was good, but I found the prices to be a bit high. We were able to find all of the vegan items that we needed to supplement our fresh rainbow trout dinner.

What a wonderful co-op, great food options to take back to your place to make, along with gluten free options and natural items. We also had lunch chili was very good, have a great gluten free brownie from Eflin?. Good selection of beverages on the go, good area to eat in. Very impressed with how green the building is, associates... More

I stopped in for a few breakfast items and to refill my gallon water jugs. The staff was friendly and the place was clean and attractive. The prices about the same or slightly higher than our Saint Paul Food Co-op. Although this it not a restaurant, I believe they sell some sandwiches and some other grab and go food.
