This Inn has been here since 1938 and their food reputation is well known. They are a B&B, so the breakfasts are included in the overnight stay. Due to the quality of the food, if not staying overnight, you definitely need to call ahead to...More

This was one of those one seating, one menu restaurants. The food was delicious. I don't like asparagus, but the asparagus soup was to die for. The view from the back porch added to the ambiance. There is an Inn attached. We will return and...More

We look forward to having you stay with us. And I am glad you appreciated the soup--it happens that asparagus is one of my favorite vegetables!

We were a party of four and were seated next to the entrance. We were served by three different waitresses and all three were very unfriendly and had no personality. They were not very engaged with us or anyone else that we could see. The...More

the menu changes often, and the selection is usually between two primary proteins with wonderful sides. everything is home made and well done. there is only one seating at 7pm, but that means you can linger, "dine" and feel like you are the center of...More

I eat at the Buckhorn every time we have a family vacation in Gatlinburg. Great staff, location, and food. Always a good alternate restaurant even if you don't stay.

A lovely break from the BBQ, Wood-Fired Pizza, and Fried Foods so common in this area. We make a point of going each time we're up here, but my husband forgot to pack "nice" pants this trip, alas. It's reservation-only, and the menu is set...More

We had dinner both evenings at the Inn. Food was excellent and the warm hospitality of John and Lee Mellor, Innkeepers made it an outstanding experience.

It is a set menu each night I think it is set about a week before. There is only one entree each nigh: however, I'm a vegetarian and they made a special dinner for me.
