On my way head to Lovina from Ubud, I made a stop at Strawberry Stop for my lunch.The restaurant was small, the food she provided was too delicious and the service was good. Out of my surprise, the strawberry juice was only cost IDR 14000,...fried rice or noddles was IDR 18000 respectively, very reasonable. At her backyard, there was a lovely garden, with swings scattered on greensward. Several greenhouses stood, with small strawberries growing among planting pots. A bundle of colored flowers grew on both sides of the path and a well-decorated small pool with running water. A rabbit was kept inside a cage, very attentive to the guest. I came here for breakfast/bruch and had cheap pancake and milkshake which absolutely satisfied me in quality and especially price!

They serve the best strawberry milkshake only 17000rph. Simple light meal was serve here. Coffee was good too. After meal you can walk around to see their strawberries greenhouses some small animals at their backyard. Lovely place.

Lovely gardens. Remember to explore right to the back of the property as there are some amazing greenhouses to discover. Restaurant is very basic but the snack, food and coffee is good. This place is amazing and some of the best desert we had all holiday - we had strawberry juice, strawberries with icecream, as well as strawberry and honey pancakes. All absolutely delicious. Considering how popular it is, we were so surprised at the (very cheap)...price. After, take a wander behind the restaurant to see the strawberry plants being grown!More

A stop presumably to give an experience of strawberries farm as well as plucking is an overrated and too touristy stop best avoided by those who may want to spend time more judiciously.

Strawberry Stop is a small beautiful farm with a variety of produce. Tunnel farming was in practice there. The main crops were strawberry, cherry tomatoes and flowers. Strawberries were grown soil less / hydroponic as these were planted in coco coir bags. There was also...a small poultry farm. Also the same shed had rabbits in cages. The landscape was very beautiful as it has gardens and filled with a variety of ornamental plants.More

So this place is very close to the Ulun Danu Water Temple. I opted for simple ice cream and cut strawberries, and when I tell you those were some of the freshest little bites of fruit I've had in my life. Now I'm going to...be a Strawberry Snob when I get back to the states haha.More
