Stopped for coffee and staff was very nice and had our order ready in minutes. Pricing is comparable to star bucks so don't expect cheap coffee. But really worth the stop. Selection of breakfast items were great. Will stop again

We stopped for a late afternoon coffee and dessert. Everyone loved what they got. Specialty lattes, regular brew coffee, carrot & italian cream cake, gelato, an apple dessert, and a brownie dessert. Everything was delicious! The service was a bit slow because there was only one employee working at 4pm on a Monday and there were 6 of us placing... More

We visited this coffee house every morning of our trip. The coffee, food, great service and atmosphere kept us coming back. Java Primo also had some unique shopping items that we decided we needed! It appears to be more of a local hangout as opposed to a touristy one.

I was disappointed that I didn't get any coffee art... but the coffee was great. I had a latte and my husband had a dark roast coffee. This is a great place for a hearty, reasonably priced breakfast. No high chairs though.

We stopped for coffee and a break while shopping. The Christmas music was so loud we could barely understand each other without lip reading. We asked the staff about turning it down on notch. The answer was no, with no reason given. If the idea was to prevent people from staying too long, it worked perfectly on us. We left... More

Poor service. Requested a coffee I have had several times there" was told she "didn't know how to make and had never heard of" very bluntly. Found entire staff rude and very nonchalant about pleasing customers.

We tried this place for breakfast. The food was just ok, the cappuccino was pretty good. But honestly, IHOP would have been a better choice. The price was way too expensive for the food we received.

Normally I'm a JP lover but coffee was eh and cake was eh. I had to take part of the Saran wrap off the cake and it's not fresh... hard like it was cut yesterday and left sitting. Kinda disappointing

If you are looking for an alternative to Starbucks, this is your place. It is small but cozy & cutely decorated. They sell coffee, tea, desserts & have a small menu for light fare such as sandwhiches & salads. I had coffee with English Toffee syrup but I couldn't really taste the syrup which was disappointing. The coffee was good... More
