We came here on a family vacation. They restaurant is clean and well decorated. The menu itself isn't large, but it looks as though it changes seasonally. Everything we had was excellent. The cheese curds were one of the better in town. The kids loved them too, and we have picky eaters. My mother had the tomato basil soup, which... More

Appetizers were great and staff was very friendly. Met two people at the bar who were from Ireland and said this was their third night in a row coming. Whiskey selection looked huge although I just stuck with the pints of Guinness which were perfect. Bartender was a fellow Bostonian who was very friendly and knowledgeable. We'll definitely be back... More

Met up with friends on Saturday, the day after St. Patrick's day looking to enjoy a traditional Irish dinner. The is a beautiful Irish pub, but the food was disappointing. Corn beef and cabbage was a meager serving. Corn beef was tough, gristly and not very "brined". Looked and tasted like a leftover.... Reuben was okay...but the corned beef was... More

The atmosphere and food was wonderful when this location opened a few years ago, but every trip I've taken back has shown a distinctly lower quality of food. Went last night for a St. Patrick's Day dinner and drinks with friends and I felt like we were eating straight off the Sysco truck. Nothing stood out as exceptional.

When a place is not even half full on a Saturday night at 6pm, you know the reviews are right on. First of all, couldn't even tell we were in an Irish pub. The decor was behind plain and frankly, there wasn't any decor. Service was great, so that plus the Guiness was good but that's about it. Decided we... More

After closing for renovations, Brocach opened with a new look. Unfortunately it has none of the charm and quaintness of the original. It is too bad because we liked to go here, but it is off of our list now. We didn't even stay to eat.

The food was overall just average, and the menu not as extensive as my companion was hoping for relative to Irish cuisine. The restaurant was not crowed, yet they chose to seat us next to some of the only customers in the pub. They had been waiting for their food for quite some time and were growing impatient. The cheese... More

A nice updated atmosphere, but the bartenders were slow and inconsistent. Sometimes the drinks were too strong, sometimes too weak.

Love this place for the rotating tap selection and above average pub food. This are not your standard burger and cheese curd type pub...the food and vegetarian options are much better than other pubs with similar tap selection. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the host/hostess service has been terrible my last few visits (often playing... More
