During a recent stay at the Roosevelt we decided to get a pizza from Domenica. The pizza was so delicious (we were so hungry after a day of activities so it was a very convenient location for us).

My friend and I ordered a pizza and fried kale to split. It was delicious. The atmosphere was chic. Our waiter was blah, but the manager was friendly and the chocolate mints at the end were a nice touch for any lingering sweet tooth.

This restaurant is in The Roosevelt Hotel so it’s a bit posh, but it was two blocks from our hotel and we discovered it because it does awesome, reasonably priced, takeaway pizza. But tonight two weary sightseers dropped in on the way home and decided...More

It was a three hour wait for a table so we decided to grab some pizza to go. Would have loved to check out the restaurant but were very happy with our pizza (The Calabrese). We both thought it was really good!

Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other
parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title
might suggest that this area is all about business and
little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you
away from the Central Business District. The CBD
offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be
touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the
world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts

Domenica is a contemporary and inviting Italian restaurant that creates regional Italian dishes with southern and middle eastern influences. The cuisine combines Chef Alon Shaya's Israeli heritage and love of local ingredients with a menu that reflects his time spent cooking and living in the small towns of northern Italy.
