The music was fantastic, the service was great. We had reservations which I highly recommend. We still had to wait for our table, but we were comped for the wait. Food was delicious. As were the drinks. Would totally do this again.

We have been loyal customers, even rated 3 Muses favorably before, but this time was different. I debated on writing this but in the end decided it was the only place to voice my frustration. Everything I ever said food, music, atmosphere still stands. Even...More

If you’re looking for great food, awesome drinks (I mean, real mixology!), nice atmosphere and the traditional jazz that is expected on NOLA, this is the right place. And I bet no other place can offer all this together. A “must go”, with also very...More

We timed our dinner to coincide with the start of the music. You have the table for 1-1/2 hours and then you are politely asked to vacate the table. They tell you this up front so there are no surprises. Ordering here is easy. It's...More

Took a small group to Frenchman’s Street , The Three Muses is one of our favs. We love to get small plates and share with everyone. The lamb sliders are my favorite. Very good jazz band, a lot of fun.

On the early side (before 7 pm) just about every table had young kids or teenagers. Food was excellent but not cheap. Cheese plate and stuffed dates were our tables' favorites--ordered seconds. Olives were large, enticing, and delicious. Steak frites, pork bellies, and kale salad...More

Very small restaurant on Frenchmen Street, making it a little hard to find, but once I stepped inside, there wasn't a second when I wasn't having a great time. The mixologist behind the bar was very creative and came up with some very interesting drinks....More

Small, welcoming, casual dining. Interesting menu inspired by the tapas type of eating. All unusual dishes but very tasty, beautifully presented. 5 plates is more than enough for an evening meal for 2. We visited early evening when there was a jazz pianist for our...More

Ordered drinks at the bar while waiting for our table. Continuously ordered food and drinks totaling almost $300 plus gave repeated tips to the band before being told that our allotted 90 minutes to be seated were up and we had to leave. Our server...More

I went with my teenagers. I wouldn't recommend taking children much younger than that, even in the late afternoon.

yes, you can order food at the bar. but the space is limited, unless you get a spot at the other end of the bar (fit for 2 person), that I think is the prime spot.
