Since this bar is on St-Peter and not Bourbon Street, it<s much less crowded than Bourbon Street. The food is great but the service of the staff (Hayley and Riley) is absolutely top notch. Next time im in New Orleans, this will be my first stop.

Finnegan's Easy is right next to the Haunted History tour starting point. It's a great bar to go into and get a Hurricane or two, before starting your tour! Good prices and the drinks are strong!

Great Hurricanes and friendly bartenders. As this bar isn't on Bourbon St, it wasn't as crazy full as other places we stopped but that was just fine by us. Jukebox and TVs provided entertainment the day we were there. We didn't try the food.

My husband and I came in for a few beers after dinner on a Sunday night. Being on a side street, it was much less crowded than Bourbon Street. Our bartender was upbeat, talkative, and helpful, giving us advice on which beers were the best. They have a big selection of beers, both in bottles/cans and on tap.

Great bartender! Not real loud, just a fun, relaxing atmosphere! A little off Bourbon, so not quite as crazy!

Went around happy hour and there was only 2 other patrons inside. Was told there were no beer specials. Not memorable at all which makes no impetus to return. Maybe because it was summer. The bartender was attentive yet not personable. If it's that slow you figured they would chat it up a bit with the tourists since that's their... More

Went in for a couple of drinks, listen to some music and enjoy ourselves. Ordered our drinks, was planning on having a few. Nobody else in the bar, my girl goes to play some classic rock on the jukebox, 5 songs. We asked the bartender of she could turn it up just a bit, was down very low. She replied... More

We were told they had the best hurricanes in town and the food was great. WELL I'm sorry but no. They food I could wait to try but when our food came out about an hour after we ordered and watching our food sit there for about 15 minutes while our waiter was on his phone outside we were very... Staying in French Quarter

Neighbourhood Profile
French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port of call for folks in search of a good time and a great story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the Quarter, brightly colored Victorian homes and businesses, famously done up with wrought-iron features, provide a distinct and immediately recognizable backdrop for all varieties of fun. At any given moment in this historic riverside setting, some of America’s finest meals are being cooked, most potent cocktails are being mixed, and most engaging music is being performed.
