Great location and great welcome from team. Got a bit worried as we arrived as a departing customer had a " series complaint to make" - it appeared some other customers were wearing T Shirts! The complaining customer was wearing a polo so I'm not...More

Everyone should experience breakfast at Brennan's at least once. Many of the classic egg dishes were first created here. Don't forget bananas foster for desert. Appetizers are also important here.

Every time we travel, we try to find highly rated restaurants and get a table. Same with Brennan's. My partner reserved the table well in advance. We showed up on time, the host was a bit off with his sense of humor, not even mentioning...More

Came in for Happy Hour for cheaper drinks and appetizers. The sliders are darn good, an order is the size of a large hamburger. Potstickers were also good. Both are cheaper on the Happy Hour menu.

Went to Brennan's for a birthday breakfast. It was outstanding. They made us feel so special. I got the short rib with potatoes and hollandaise sauce. Hubs got the breakfast prime rib. We still can't stop thinking how good it was. They brought out a...More

We love the New Orleans Brennan's. There is nothing like it. Every bite was delicious. The service is superb, and the ambiance is gorgeous. You can't go to Brennan's and not get the turtle soup and Banana's Foster. It's required. Both were delicious. This time,...More

Brennan's offers a genuinely southern atmosphere with great food and outstanding service. This was our first visit to Brennan's. We went for Sunday brunch which was delicious. It is an order from the menu style brunch and the choices are unique and tasty. It is...More

Set right on Royal Street a few blocks from our hotel this was my first meal in New Orleans and now I will always think of this restaurant when I think about New Orleans and smile. You walk down an ornate hallway and enter to...More

We were a large party here on business and had the King's Room reserved. The waiters were so attentive and friendly and kept us supplied with passed appetizers - the Spinach and Truffle Grilled Cheese was outstanding! Due to our large party, we had a...More

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty
Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port
of call for folks in search of a good time and a great
story. Perpetually inebriated Bourbon Street runs
across its midriff like a strand of cheap ribbon tied
around an otherwise rather pretty and impressively
well-kept vintage dress. Throughout the rest of the

I would just call and ask. We had no problem making reservations for 2 in Oct. Sure you won't have any problem getting in. Enjoy, is so worth the experience.

As others have said, the dress code varies some but my advice is no shorts or sandals but jeans and a collared shirt would be fine. Menu is awesome! Be sure and order a table side prepared item like steak Dianne, bananas... More

The original Brennan's, opened in 1946, recently emerged from an extensive renovation that spared no effort or expense by new co-owners Terry White and Ralph Brennan. Eight glamorous dining rooms, each steeped in New Orleans architecture and ambiance, celebrate the opulence of dining in a city where breakfast revelry is taken as seriously as a decadent dinner. Acclaimed Chef Slade Rushing's menus are rooted in Creole traditions and are bolstered with contemporary New Orleans influences. Marrying classic and modern techniques yields a decidedly innovative approach and enhances our local, seasonal offerings. Brennan's old-world elegance, fanciful decor and pampering service create a unique and sophisticated backdrop for a most memorable meal. Welcome!
