The best of Thai and New Orleans collide in this restaurant! We started with the spring rolls, which while tasty, were not remarkable. Don't let that fool you, because it just keeps getting better. Hubby had the Shrimp Carondelet, which featured some really lovely (and that's from some one who does not like shrimp's point of view), fresh looking shrimp... More

Nothing beats some crispy spring rolls dipped in carrot sauce! The Pad Woon Sen is crazy good. Stir fried rice noodles with Chicken, Shrimp, Onion, Mushroom and Baby Corn... It sure beats the run of the mill Chinese. Will definitely go again. Top notch.

The place is spacious, food was good and flavorful but didn't have that authentic taste that I wanted, it tasted more Americanized.

Delicious food and good service, even though it was very busy. Lots of locals there for lunch. Dumplings and cashew chicken were delicious. I'll definitely be back!

Dropped in for a quick bite before the movies. Food was good, service was excellent. Not all the menus are identical, perhaps they have changed it. Plenty of veggie options. Bathroom was clean.

Quiet of the beaten path but just blocks from Canal St and Bourbon St. Inexpensive. Great tasting food with friendly service. Penang curry was the best I have had in quite a while. Fried tofu and fried calamari were excellent. Will be back.

Visited here on our last night in NOLA. Food was very good. Happy hour from 4-6 half off wine and appetizers. We had curry and noodles. Watch the heat. They did not ask about heat levels in a couple of dishes. They were spicy, but good

My wife and I visited this restaurant because it was raining and the restaurant is located close to our hotel. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was efficient and the staff was welcoming. My wife began with one of the specialty drinks which was good and reasonably priced. The menu contains the usual dishes you would find in most Thai restaurants... More

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
