Met some old friends from New Orleans for lunch here recently and just loved it. The ambiance is old New Orleans, the prices reasonable and food excellent.

We were visiting our son, daughter and Grandbaby and they had been raving about this place. Perfect family lunch with a Baby out under the tent with the big fans. We split an oyster and a shrimp pohboy and it fed all 4 of us handily....More

Parkway has been exceedingly popular for its po-boys over a very long period of time. For those unaccustomed, a po-boy is a sandwich on French bread. You cannot visit New Orleans without trying one. The specialties at Parkway are the Shrimp and Roast Beef po-boys....More

Often has a pretty long line, but well worth the wait. They claim to be one of the founding fathers of the po'boy, and if that's true, thank you very much Parkway! The shrimp po'boy has wayyyy too much shrimp, which is exactly how much...More

If you want to experience an excellent po boy, this is the only place to come. Alligator sausage and oyster are my two favorites. Not to be missed.

Parkway is a lunch favorite! They have plenty of parking and great food! Indoor and outdoor seating. Order up front and then find a table to sit down. They will call your name when your lunch is ready.

We stopped in on our way to Jazzfest, and got a seat at the bar. Service was good, and prices were competitive. We've always meant to come here but it's so out of the way and we never wanted to pay to get there from...More

I got the Surf and Turf po'boy, which is just their fried shrimp and roast beef together. The flavors didn't work well together and they honestly didn't work well individually. As affordable as it was, I've had better po'boy for less money. Don't think I'll...More

This place is featured in so many magazines and food shows about New Orleans that I made a point to visit. I wasn't disappointed. All the flavors meld together nicely and I don't think it's over priced. It's closed on Tuesdays but open on Sundays,...More

Probably not in the restaurant area. I didn't see any children in the bar area, as that is where we sat.
