The BEST po boys in town. I frequent regularly and live right down the street. So for people visiting from out of town or coming for the first time- here is my advise: 1. Arrive 15 minutes before opening. This way you can sit at...More

We hiked all the way from the French Quarter to check this place out. You should know that it is located about 3 miles away, and the walk is anything but interesting. As you get closer to the destination you might start wondering how important...More

When several local Uber drivers recommend this place when you ask what to try, then this place is a must. Sat down at a table near the bar but we did walk around the back and there is a ton of seating that you wouldn't...More

We had a Po boy at Johnnys two days before and it was just OK. We were still in search of a knock-your-socks-off Po boy. Lucky for us, our Uber driver suggested taking us to the spot to go for Po boys on our way...More

The roast beef po boy was one of the best things I ate in New Orleans. Tender sliced beef, full of favor on a fantastic roll. We also tried the shrimp po boy, which was delicious as well. Loved the fried pickles, sweet potato pie...More

Kids are fine. Just like at Applebee's or Olive Garden. The bar area might not be a good fit for kids, but you can take drinks anywhere in the building.
