They left a flyer at our hotel so we called to order a pizza for delivery after a long day out. An hour+ later called to check on the order and were told they had 3 complaints about the driver and would look into it and and call us back. Now 30 minutes later STILL no call. No idea what... More

I always get the lasagna here. My husband likes the fettucini alfredo with chicken. We have been together once, and then we took our niece and nephew here with us as well on vacation to New Orleans from Richland, MS. I truly love this restaurant. Both times we have eaten there, it has been about 8-8:30 p.m, the server was... More

Only gave five stars to be at the top of list to pre warn everyone. Worst dine in experience as well.. first to start off I am not the type to leave reviews or comment but I am ashamed for new orleans. The place looked like it should've been condemned for one, two the atmosphere was very poor. Consisted of... More

Visiting the Big Easy...decided to stay in for the evening at our hotel...pet friendly La Quinta Downtown. Concierge recommended Cafe Roma as good food and delivery. We were nicely surprised with the timely, delivery and delicious food. Great pasta dishes, salads and the best Tiramisu I've ever eaten! Good job!

We have been coming here for 20 plus years & always seem to get the Roma Special sandwich, dressed, a small greek salad and an order of fries. Rarely disappointed. Service can occasionally be a little slow but usually personable and attentive. A real come back place!

Ordered delivery Caesar Salad from local hotel. They didn't send utensils. Called them back because I didn't want to eat a salad with my fingers. Long story short very rude and inconsiderate basically told me Tough S. This was a no brainier to resolve and they failed. You have been warned.

Six of us in our group received excellent service, but those who had pizza enjoyed it more than the other dishes. I had the spaghetti and meatballs, and it had no flavor/spices worth mentioning. The food wasn't bad, but is not a restaurant I would go back to!

My husband and I were staying right down the street from Cafe Roma and he had seen a groupon for the place and purchased it. It was definitely worth trying -- great pizza and pasta, as well wonderful service. We ate outside since the weather was nice and even got to see a wedding's second line march by! It's in... More

I work at Touro hospital uptown. Today we ordered from them and everything was horrible. The website said angel hair pasta but they don't make it anymore. We didn't find this out until after we called to complain. Also, all 3 of the chicken Caesar salads were disgusting. The chicken had a weird texture, fat on it and did not... More

Staying in Garden District

Neighbourhood Profile
Garden District
Head to the Garden District for the full-on New Orleans experience replete with quaintly clanking streetcars, proudly grandiose antebellum mansions, picture perfect avenues lined with live oaks loaded down with Spanish moss, and a wealth of beautiful churches and many more architectural marvels. Even a brief excursion here makes plain why it’s called the Garden District. So, when you visit be sure to give yourself ample time for admiration at a languidly slow pace befitting such gentile strand of riverside living and to allow you to maximize each opportunity to stop and smell the roses – and whichever other blooms you might come across. While taking it all in, you’d do well to dine at one of the city’s most beloved destinations for regional cuisine. Gourmands from far and wide (and right round the corner) swear the age-old Commander’s Palace is the best restaurant in town – and have been doing so since it opened back in 1880.
