6 of us ate there (and same 6 did 2 years ago when were here last visit) and all 6 were ready to lick our plates. We had no app's but as to dinners: a couple of us shrimp and grits and it was excellent...More

If you are a beer drinker, this would be a great place to try local beers. It looked like those that were trying the samplers were having a good experience. We had a server who was new to the restaurant; however, not new to being...More

Local brews, good quality. I had the shrimp appetizer and didn't like it at all, it was barely warm and had no taste, no flavor. My boyfriend had the appetizer wings and liked them. The hostess was rude, the server was great, the prices were...More

The food is nothing different than any other place in New Orleans, but it is good. They brew their own beer, there a six different ones you can get in a sampler. There was a great musician playing and the decor is really cool.

A good choice for oysters and local beer, we sat a the bar and watched the oysters being shucked. We listened to the bartender call out the offerings at the bar facing Decatur street.

Had the Red Stallion beer and their IPA. Enjoyed them. Ordered up some alligator bites per our servers suggestion. They were good. We would stop again.

Could not even bother with food considering the poor quality of the beer. We tried a hefeweizen and it looked and tasted like orange juice and ???? IPA was not good nor was the pilsner. Just dreadful.

Great relaxed atmosphere with dark woods and old world architectural highlights, plus it's a cool haven in those muggy New Orleans summer days! I had a nice sandwich and dessert with a good, cold draft of their home brew. Happily give this a recommendation for...More

French Quarter
A small and teeming network of laissez-faire living
lounged out on the balmy banks of the Mighty
Mississippi, the French Quarter has long been a port
of call for folks in search of a good time and a great
