The food was excellent. The view is spectacular. The staff was friendly and helpful. This restaurant by far exceeded our expectations. The food was well prepared exactly to our requests. Our group consisted of two men and one lady. None of us were able to eat our entire meal. We had plenty of time as we enjoyed to view from... More

While I do not like restaurants located in malls, I enjoyed this one as it is located on the 11th floor far above the mall in the Westin Hotel. It offered very nice views of the waterways and port in the lobby and restaurant and offered very comfortable seating just to lounge and work. The food and service at the... More

Doesn't serve dinner, but the breakfast buffet is good, although a bit pricey. Service was very good.

We were a group of 7 who went there to eat lunch on Christmas eve. We were the first guests when we arrived., It seemed that the staff had just finished a busy breakfast as the buffet was still being broken down. The initial greeting from the staff was nice, but then it started to go downhill. Not all drink... More

The staff are very friendly and capable, and the views of the river are fantastic. The breakfast buffet is ample, and you can order omelets. It's not inexpensive, but the views of the river and ships/barges/tugs/Natchez steamboar are well worth it.

It was a very nice breakfast buffet--kind of pricey but well worth it. A number of wonderful luscious options on the buffet. The view is beautiful as well. It's a great way to wake up in New Orleans.

Staying in Central Business District

Neighbourhood Profile
Central Business District
Compared to the more evocative monikers of some other parts of New Orleans, the downtown’s humdrum title might suggest that this area is all about business and little else. But don’t let the bland name keep you away from the Central Business District. The CBD offers a wide range of fun things to do that would be touted as exceptional in less jubilant corners of the world. Bordered by the French Quarter, the Arts District and Tremé, with the river at its eastern extreme, this hub for sports, gaming, shopping, theatre, family-friendly activities, and amazing regional cuisine makes a smart base wherever your interests lie.
