I usually order the "Chicago club" , which for some reason is no longer on the menu but every location still serves it if you ask. It's a Turkey BLT on this delicious focaccia, which is made perfectly, with spinach, tomato,Turkey, bacon, and some special...spicy mayo based sauce, absolutely delicious. Never let's me down. It comes with chips of your choice. I usually get the sandwich with chips and small drink, for under $10. You also get complimentary soft serve ice cream. This location is clean and employees are friendly and efficient.More

I have been going here since they opened anytime I am on Barrett Parkway. I always get the same thing the Club Royale. Today I got it and it was inedible. The turkey was the end piece of meat with the skin on it and...sliced so think it was hard to even chew. The ham was fatty. There was only one small tomato piece on the entire sandwich. I asked for mayo instead of honey mustard but didn't get it. The entire sandwich just looked and tasted old. The meat was brown. And it was falling apart in the container. I was very disappointed. I used to love this place but this sandwich was so bad it made me sick.More

We order a bunch with Uber Eats. We do so because we can. Jason's Deli left out half our order. When we called them about it they told us they had no idea about the order and if it was double bagged to take it...up with Uber Eats and as you know. You can't for missing food. So they are thieves at Jason's deli who do not care about their customers.More

Unfortunately, this fav place will be removed off our list of places to eat after our last visit there. We will never step our foot in that place! I've never been treated any worse anywhere else (and I traveled around the world). Manager Gina, after...we addressed the issue of not getting what we paid for, screamed at us, told us to get out and shoved her name tag into my BF's face when he asked for her name. We ordered our usual 1 half sandwich with side salad from salad bar and 1 regular salad from bar. Building our salad didn't go without a difficulty as both parties on either side of a plexi glass wore masks and music was blasting in the background. The salad bar employee gave both of us a small side salad size bowls for our salads although we ordered 1 side salad and 1 regular salad (which requires a bigger bowl). After my BF finished his small bowl of salad, he proceeded to the salad bar to request another bowl (accustomed to a limitless salad bar we enjoyed pre-covid). Manager Gina told him only one trip to a salad bar was allowed as they reduced price of salads from $9.99 to $7.69 and limited it only to one trip. She pointed at the sign near the cash register which was supposed to notify patrons of this change. Nothing on that sign said what she explained. He came back to the table rather irritated that he didn't get a regular size plate and now wasn't allowed to refill his small plate. Knowing that there had to be some sort of misunderstanding (mostly for a very loud music inside and everyone wearing masks), we both came up to the cash register to address our concerns with mgr Gina. My BF proceeded by saying "Before I make my decision to never come back here again, I want to make sure I understand you correctly." This should have been enough of a notice to a “good” manager that her customer is not happy and something needed to be done about it. Mgr Gina immediately started shouting by saying he would not get another salad as their policy changed, and we should have read that on the sign near the cash register. We pointed out that there was nothing on that sign of that sort. After flipping sign over and realizing she was wrong, she rushed to another sign by the exit door (one door is designated as entrance door, and the other-as exit), she pointed to a sign with small letters saying salad bar was $7.69 (one trip only). Looking at the receipt, cost of side salad I ordered was $1.19, but the cost of my BF's salad was $7.69 (for the same size bowl). As we tried to explain that to her, she quickly realized that the salad bar server gave us a wrong size bowl to begin with. When I tried to show the receipt to Mgr. Gina, and she screamed at me saying I need to back away from her since I wasn't wearing my mask anymore and rushed to the cash register. Instead of fixing the situation, she screamed at us to get out. She said "I wanted to give you a refund, but since you are yelling at me, you won't get anything and you just need to get out of here." My BF was irritated, but he never yelled at her and presented a very strong argument to show her she was wrong. My BF asked for her name, and she took her name tag off her shirt and shoved it right into his face screaming "Gina! Gina! Gina!" Two other employees started screaming for us to get out as well. I understand there could be a misunderstanding about an order, and covid brought nightmare to every one of us, but treating your valued customers like that is UNACCEPTABLE! This woman should not be a mgr as she is very rude, unprofessional and unable to resolve disputes. I love their food, but after the way we have been treated, Jason’s Deli lost our business.More

This Jason's location consistently has great food and service. The portions are large and food is hot and satisfying. I recommend this Jason's to locals and travelers alike. It's located just a 1/4 mile off of I75 on Barrett Parkway.

Jason's Deli is about a mile west of I-75 and Barrett Parkway. They offer a wide selection of sandwiches, wraps and paninis, plus a salad bar. I stopped in for soup and salad. My tomato-basil soup was hot, but tasted mostly of tomatoes (where was...the basil?). I moved on to the salad bar, which offered the usual: fresh greens, tomatoes, carrots, broccoli, cukes, grated cheese, fresh fruit slices and several prepared salads (macaroni, potato and bean/corn). There were a half-dozen generic dressings. The greens/veggies were abundant and fresh, and the salad bar area was clean (no spills/dribbles). However, I was disappointed with the prepared salads, which tasted bland. The pickles were good (crisp). I remember the food being better at this Jason's Deli in the past (or maybe I visited on an "off" day). Considering the prices, I expected better. There are other salad/soup/sandwich restaurants in the area. Whole Foods hot food/salad bar is about 1/2 mile further west on Barrett Parkway (a salad bar to be admired!).More

I ordered hot pastrami on rye with cole slaw and russian dressing. It was an ample sandwich. Only thing negative was that they barely put any cole slaw on it, I would order it again and just make sure to ask for xx coleslaw, Their...soup is also really goodMore

We were in the area and it was way past lunch. My husband suggested stopping here, I wasn't thrilled at the prospect of a sandwich, but it didn't take long to see this restaurant is more than sandwiches. Their salad bar is incredible, my husband...enjoyed his sandwich, our kids devoured their lunch without a peep and of course everyone loved their free ice cream after our meal. I was so disappointed that we didn't make it back for another meal, but I find out when we got back to our home in WI that there is location nearby. I'm looking forward to trying them out in the near future.More

A couple of us went day for a causal lunch. We had a few different dishes and they we all good. Salmon sandwich was good not dried out and still tasty. The ciabatta bun was good and the jalapeno mayo tasty. The chicken Alfredo was...good with chunks of chicken with a creamy sauce and good pasta. The star of the lunch was the Hot corned beef sandwich it reminded me of the ones I got as a kid at the small Jewish delis in Canada. I would rate it as excellent. For organic , non GMO gluten free, vegan choices there is no better place in town.More

We wanted to have a quick dinner in a casual spot, My wife abd I decided on soup and sandwiches. We passed Jason's and turned around after noticing a crowd outside. The shop was holding a benefit for a women's shelter where a portion of...the sales went to the organization. The ordering was not easy as the choices all were very tempting. My wife decided on a sandwich and salard bar combo. I had the spicy gumbo. i've never seen my wife so happy with a salad bar and the choices available. My gumbo was very tasteful and filling. We enjoyed the ice cream for desert and left this place very sastified. Jason's is now our favorite place for good food.More
