As ad s e q at lunch. Get there before noon or expect a wait. Limited menu. Burger is good, and they have a lunch size for less, but candidly leaves you hungry. Quality and taste is wonderful.

Awesome selection of homemade aoli and salad dressings. I ordered the ultimate grilled cheese w/homemade tomato bisque. I thoroughly enjoyed this meal in a window seat while it rained outside and people were oblivious to the rain and enjoyed walking the streets, taking their dogs with them complete with doggie rain jackets, all while listening to techno music. The vibe... More

We stopped in here while waiting for space needle. I had the balsamic salad. It was delicious & quick. Price was reasonable also.

Mid Afternoon treat to satisfy a craving, root beer float. Not on the menu, but they were willing to figure it out!

The best blue cheese burger I've ever had and I've tried these burgers every place I go. The only other blue cheese burger that comes close is Chubby's Bronx deli in El Paso Texas. The pumpkin soup was delicious the chicharones with the buffalo sauce were great the cranberry chicken salad sandwich was just the right combination. Very crisp and... More

Parking is a challenge however the Fried Chicken is worth it, great service in an safe area, staff friendly and attentive, but not a lot of room between tables. Stay away of the roasted carrots - apart from that all is good if you like to drink out of pickle jars!!!!

skillet is a great food truck. The food is made fresh on the grill.I had ordered a hamburger for nine dollars, and a soda for one dollar.I honestly think it was worth it.The hamburger consisted of toasted buttered buns, a warm flavorful beef bun, freshly cut lettuce, two sliced pickles, and best of all, their own secret sauce.I had enjoyed every... We were at the location on Capitol Hill for a Saturday breakfast. This is not your typical breakfast menu. Hubby had biscuits and gravy; gravy was a thyme gravy, different and tasty. I had corned beef hash...unconstructed is what I believe it was called on the menu. Roasted root vegetables, tender, moist corned beef topped with poached eggs. It may... More

I just had breakfast/brunch at skillet in Ballard with my girl friend. (open at 10 am). It was delicious and the portions are big. We shared the corn waffle ... and the kale caesar salad... With a side of fried chicken... The service is really nice and fast... We will come back!
