Old Eeth brings it again. His flavors is on point and this be as good as his other joints. The apps might make you cream your jeans.

I went to Anchovies & Olives with visitors from Yakima, where restaurant choices are limited. We happened to go during "Dine Around Seattle," and we all enjoyed a surprising variety of delicious starters. Two of us had the bigoli, a pasta sauced with anchovies, olive oil and herbs. It was excellent! One had rigatoni with pork ragu; portions are generous... More

Wow! What an amazing dinner with a large group of friends. Service was perfect - the multi course meal was as good as I've ever had. Highlights included an amazing squid ink pasta and prosciutto dish, smoked black cod with couscous, fried oysters, and a panna cotta that finished off a great meal. It's worth the trip if you're downtown!!

This restaurant has a very modern feel. It's in a bright and large open plan room with an open kitchen. Standard Italian fair but well executed and tasty. Decent wine and good service.

My favorites were the soft boiled eggs (with anchovy), hamachi-so light & fresh, the anchovy app & the broccoli This a must do if you're visiting Seattle.

There was 6 of us and the service was quick and efficient. Some of us had fish and some of us had pasta. Either way, the choice was good. Local beer available which is nice. The atmosphere is quiet and you can sit outside if you desire. Nice corner location. The Rockfish was delicious and would be my choice.

There were four of us for what was to be a celebratory dinner. Initial welcome was fine ... but then probably 15 minutes passed between our drink order being taken and any return of the server to our table ... and she was prepared to take our orders. Our drinks? Oh, they were working on them. We ordered some appetizers... More

Lubricated is the feeling that I had after eating at Anchovies and Olives. Had the namesake anchovies crudo and olives and some focaccia bread for appetizers. Would have been interested to know that the focaccia came with an anchovy oil and the anchovy crudo was on focaccia bread. That last appetizer was a joke, 4 anchovies on 4 small pieces... More

Not impressed. Food was fine, but not for the price. Maybe we just didn't order the right itmes, but our dinner and those we saw go by were not anything I couldn't make at home. Also didn't like the fact that no local wines were available, at least not by the glass. Seems a shame for a place that brags... More

My wife and I were looking for Italian food in the Capitol Hill area of Seattle and found this restaurant on Google Maps. OMG, the best meal on our 3 week trip to the northwest! She had the Pappadelle with Salmon and I had the sea scallops with peas in a creamy semolina. Both dishes were exquisite with the subtle... More
