1. Deliciousness. Food so good I've ordered the same thing (crab noodles) 3 times, and that's not like me! 2. "fusion" - kind of Korean, kind of just whatever the chef thinks up. Either way, a delicious combo. 3. Korean - as someone that's spent time in Korea, you can definitely see the resemblance, but it's subtle (this is not... More

I've been here three times in the last five years -- with all the great restaurants that Seattle has to offer, that's a lot! Every time, I always enjoy the food and ambiance. This is one of the places I recommend to Seattleites or visitors because I think it's a good representation of the Seattle food scene: a little quirky,... More

A cold windy Seattle Sunday, we dropped in mid evening and found the place was buzzing. Seated at the beautiful butcher's block chef's table, with an open view of the busy kitchen set the scene for a fantastic meal of clever, delicate fusion tastes, well matched and served. The soup stood out and was an ideal share alongside two excellent... More

An explosion in my mouth! Amazing flavors, can't get enough! Cheers to the chef; awesome creations! Such intricate mixes of ingredients and the homemade sauces are to die for!

Fun and casual vibe. Ordered many items off the menu and they were all great! The Dumplings were especially tasty.

Hidden in plain sight on 36th St at the western edge of Fremont, Revel is turning out some excellent cooking! Not sure of the origin of the name but they bill themselves as Korean and "fusion" (with what?). The menu seems limited at first glance, but choose 3-4 things and enjoy the range of flavors! This is not a place... More

Every item on the menu looks intriguing, so it's worth bringing a group that love food and is willing to explore. We ordered about 90% of the menu and shared. No disappointments but the dungeness crab noodle and the short rib dumplings were stand outs. While most dishes are shareable, the rice bowls are substantial enough to have as a... More

Tried a new place with the miss and it was great. Awesome cocktails with flavorful food. Sat at the bar and watched them cook. I will be back.

I loved this asian food. They have a small menu composed by small plates (10-13 each), and every plate is really well made! If you are not starving, a plate and a half rice bowl is enough, but I suggest you to take some different stuffs and share them!
