My Manhattan drink was really good but the Chili Mac & Cheese was the best I ever had. I wish I lived in Seattle because I would go back & try the other flavors & the ribs looked really good too.

Delicious selection of meats, sides and Mac n cheese. The cowboy selection was a good feed for three of us, adding a mac n cheese is a must. Excellent beer and whisky selection, we'll be back soon.

When you step out into the street in Ballard, the first thing you smell is the great smoked bbq smell coming from Bitteroot. But, the mac and cheese is so good at this place, go for it. We always get the bacon mac and cheese...More

Pulled pork is delicious and their Carolina mustard sauce is fantastic. Good sides- roasted root veggies and collard greens with bacon paired nicely. Ordered through DoorDash, so can't speak to the service or atmosphere, but the food was delish!

We were hunting for a place for dessert and coffee and red wine. Two restaurants that promised a late-night bar menu told us their kitchens had closed, but referred us to Bitterroot. We went into the little bar and the back, still open at 1.15...More

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hotel Ballard and the front desk recommend Bitterroot and for good reason, it was absolutely dynamite! The food, drinks and service was a total package and we loved it so much we came back after our show...More
