This is a restaurant with a great location. As many restaurants like this go, great location equals bad food and bad service. well, the service and the food were ok. For the prices, the food should've been a lot better. When we went here it wasn't busy. But still we waited for a hostess, and then waited for a table.... More

Visited this restaurant on the most beautiful day in Seattle. The views were spectacular. I had the crab legs and they were so good! Everything on my plate was very tasty and the service was great!

My guy and I enjoyed a lovely Easter brunch (April 16, 2017) at Cutters Crabhouse. They are an "oldie, but a goodie" as my Mom would say...been around for over 20 years. Cutters is on the Seattle waterfront, steps away from Pike Place Market, and the food and service were excellent. First, our server, Robert, is a true professional, extremely... More

We had a table close to the window and had dinner while watching the sunset. There was a giant rainbow after the rain which made the view even better. We ordered seafood skewers, prawns were fresh and salmon was not overcooked, we enjoyed it. Fish and chips were very ordinary and nothing special.

Cutters was the restaurant I was looking forward to the most on our trip. Unfortunately we were not impressed. We arrived before happy hour ended but were kept waiting so long that by the time we ordered we were told we would not be eligible to order from the happy hour menu. We had been out walking all day and... More

We particularly love the Smoked salmon Thai curry soup with a serving of delicious sourdough bread and the happy hour. However, two situations deter us. Upon arrival, most people are met with a wait for a table even though many tables are vacant. Sometimes patrons wait over 5 minutes to be greeted or recognized . This is awkward. Then, when... More

We had lunch at Cutters. If you make it past the aloof hostess who seems openly irritated at having to seat you, the service is great. The ambiance is fabulous - wonderful views no matter where you sit. My husband loved his clam chowder and open faced crab sandwich. My stuffed red snapper looked beautiful on the plate - lovely... Attended a company dinner party where the gracious staff passed around starters that included mini crab cakes, sliders, and fried wontons. The mini crab cakes were soft and very tasty, by far the best of the appetizers. We then sat down to a family style dinner which started of with a very fresh kale Caesar salad. The grilled sirloin steak... More

Beautiful views of Elliott Bay, Seattle Waterfront, Safeco Field and Century Link Field. Inside the restaurant was showing some age and maybe needs an upgrade in furnishings.

Description
One of Seattle’s proudest traditions is the Pike Place Market, right next door. The market thrives by providing the highest quality seasonal products indigenous to the Pacific Northwest. This allows Cutters--totally remodeled in April 2012--to be directly influenced by the unique nature of the market. Because of Cutters' ongoing commitment to incorporate only the finest seasonal Northwest ingredients in all menu offerings, we can truly say: “If it’s there, it’s here."
