I have never been disappointed with my experience at Nishino. The food is very good and the service is excellent. I have really enjoyed the wine pairings. I highly recommend a visit.

Excellent place for Sushi in Seattle's Washington Park neighborhood. Enjoyed the uni, hamachi, nagi, and tako. The appetizers were also excellent (including the edamame).

Mmmmm from what I recall they do have AC... I go there almost once a week and it's always very comfortable.
